Our History
Pro-House Management Limited was incorporated in 1979 for the purpose of providing management services to the ever growing condominium community of the Greater Metro Toronto area.
The owners of Pro-House Management Limited are also the owners of Swiss Canadian Management Company Limited, incorporated in 1955 for the purpose of managing high rise apartment developments then under construction. To this date, Swiss Canadian is continuing to manage a substantial real estate portfolio, consisting of rental apartments, office and industrial buildings, for absentee overseas owners. Peter Tschan, President, joined Swiss Canadian in 1964.
Both Pro-House and Swiss Canadian have enjoyed a long and successful history in property management with their portfolios to include Condominium Corporations, Cooperatives, Co-Ownerships, High-Rise Apartments, Office Buildings and Industrial sites. In fact, Swiss Canadian was among the first property management companies to manage condominium which at that time were a new concept of home ownership.
In order to provide the special care to the ever more diversified needs of Condominium Communities, Pro-House Management Limited has since 1979 customized its operations to serve those needs. Our portfolio includes unique projects of 5 units, townhouses, and high rise buildings in excess of 300 units. Some of our clients have been with us for over 30 years.
