FINANCE 1 is a division of Pro-House Management and provides complete Accounting and Financial Services to self managed Condominium Corporations and to the Property Management industry.
FINANCE 1 Accounting Services include:
- posting of invoices
- preparing cheques for signature
- depositing cheques for maintenance fees
- maintaining up to date owners registry
- aged accounts receivable report
FINANCE 1 Financial Services include:
- monthly or quarterly detailed financial statements
- preparing year-end working papers for Auditor
FINANCE 1 Services include:
- pick up and deliver via courier all documents on
- regular basis (usually bi-weekly)
FINANCE 1 will provide all these services at a cost of $5.25 per unit per month (excl. applicable taxes) (minimum charge of $255.00 per month)
FINANCE 1 provides the following optional services at a cost:
- Investment and Budget advise
- Bulk mailings to owners (AGM, etc.)
- preauthorized payment of maintenance fees
- Chairing of annual meetings
