Pro-House Management Limited was incorporated in 1979 for the purpose of providing management services to the ever growing condominium community of the Greater Metro Toronto area.

The Owners of Pro-House Management had their start in property management with Swiss Canadian Management Company Limited, incorporated in 1955 for the purpose of managing high rise apartment buildings, commercial, industrial and retail buildings, for overseas Owner’s. Peter Tschan, CEO joined Swiss Canadian in 1964.

Both Pro-House and Swiss Canadian have enjoyed a long and successful history in property management with their portfolios to include Condominium Corporations, Co-Ownerships, High-Rise Apartments, Office Buildings and Industrial Sites. In fact, Swiss Canadian was among the first property management companies to manage condominiums, which at that time was a new concept of home ownership.

In order to provide the special care to the ever more diversified needs of the Condominium Communities, Pro-House Management Limited, since 1979 has customized its operations to serve those needs. Our portfolio includes unique condominium projects of 5 units, townhouses, and high rise buildings in excess of 300 units. Some of our clients have been with us for over 30 years.
